Yeahhhhhhhhhhhh, I've been slow with Subcultured. Sorry. The usual process I go through for Trashimation projects is this: write, record voice acting, draw, edit/animate. But at each stage after writing, new ideas pop up, or drawing improvisations and voice ad-libs come along. I wouldn't want to get rid of that, but sometimes it ends up changing the script dramatically (for the better I hope) and then I need to get more lines recorded, or go back and draw some more and so forth. That's why it can take so long. There's laziness too, but it was less of that this time.

Yes, Grubba's name used to be Monster-Face Monster. Through other drafts it had also been: Hard Face, Faceless, Michael Jackson, and Metal Jackson.
Anyway, a long time ago, Phil suggested Chang join the police, and I thought that was a good idea. Then I sort of realized that Charlie and Keith don't really do anything as police officers - so I decided to come up with a villain, and those two ideas together made this episode.
